Location
The main advantages of our location are closeness to Moskovsky Railway Station, a lot of cafes and restaurants around and Nevsky Prospekt in 10 minutes on foot. The windows of the apartment overlook a quiet courtyard and in spite of the central location nothing will disturb your rest.
Entertainment
Nowadays there are a lot of interesting places in the area of Moscow Railway Station, for example, the Loft Project Etagi, Sergei Kuryokhin Center for Modern Art. For shopping, there's the Gallery shopping mall. The Oktyabrsky Concert Hall is also not far from our home.
Our Building
Our apartments are located in a historical building constructed in the second half of the 19th century by architects F.K. Pirvitz, F.P. Gusev, and A.N. Veretennikov. The building dates: 1874, 1896. Style: eclectic.
History and culture
In the square near our house you can take a walk in front of the picturesque Church of the Nativity of Christ ("in Peski"). It was built in 1781-1787 in the style of mature classicism and then demolished by the Bolsheviks in 1934. It was rebuilt in 2017-2020 on historic foundation.
