One minute from the apartment, at the intersection with Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street is DLT, the House of Leningrad Trade, the oldest shopping center in St. Petersburg, a legendary name for the entire Russian market. History of the House
Our apartments are located in a historic building known as the Korsakova House. Academician of architecture V.A. Prussakov built this house with an expressive late-eclectic facade and an original multi-dimensional bay window in 1901. Given the narrowness of the alley, the architect put the building with an indentation from the red line, so in front of the front door there is a neat lawn and comfortable wide sidewalk. If you appreciate independence and unobtrusive service, you will love the convenient and quick entry without a key and unnecessary waste of time - electronic locks are installed.
Culture
