Location and accommodations
Our Building
The apartments are on the top floor of a historic building, the Kekin Revenue House, which was built in 1810. In 1877, according to the design of the architect V.M. Nekora, two floors were added to the building, an angle bay window and balconies with original grilles were added.

Now the first floor is full of stores and cafes. In the entrance hall, where the apartments are located, most of the premises are commercial, the stairs are neat and clean. The apartments have electronic locks. If you appreciate independence and unobtrusive service, you will enjoy the convenience and quick check-in without a key and unnecessary time consumption.

History
In 1850-1874 K. P. Palkin's restaurant was located here. The windows of the ground floor of the restaurant were decorated with stained glass with scenes from the novel by V. Hugo's Notre Dame de Paris. There was a fountain inside, and in the center of the main hall there was a pool with live sterlets. An orchestra of the Cavalry regiment played in the restaurant. The restaurant was visited, among others, by writers M. E. Saltykov-Shchedrin, I. I. Panayev, poets L. A. May, N. F. Scherbina, actor A. E. Martynov.
The restaurant moved from there to the building across the street - Nevsky 47.
