History of the House
The building where the apartments are located was built in the early 20th century by the famous St. Petersburg architect A.S. Khrenov, who designed over thirty apartment houses. The architect also designed a palace for Nikolai Nikolayevich Romanov (Jr.), the last one built for a representative of the royal family.
